RESUMENES
Serán consideradas contribuciones de investigación científica, básica, aplicada y/o educativa relacionadas con la Investigación en los Productos Naturales. Es requisito indispensable que dichas contribuciones sean originales e inéditas. Los trabajos se clasificarán en las siguientes modalidades de presentación: Oral, poster.
Fecha límite para la recepción de resúmenes, versiones en extenso de trabajos y cuota de inscripción: VIERNES 16 DE MARZO DE 2012.
EL PROCESO DE ADMISIÓN DE TRABAJOS SERÁ POR EVALUACIÓN PREVIA:
Los trabajos recibidos serán evaluados por el Comité Científico para su aceptación. Deberán enviarse al correo electrónico trabajos8variipn@gmail.com
Al elaborar su trabajo, atienda las indicaciones y siga las instrucciones para su elaboración.
El resumen deberá contener:
- Título del trabajo: Times New Roman 12 mayúsculas/negritas.
- Autores: Times New Roman 12 mayúsculas/minúsculas/negritas, nombre completo de los autores subrayando el nombre de la persona que presentará el trabajo. Los trabajos no podrán exceder de seis autores.
- Instituciones y Cuerpo del texto: Times New Roman 10 mayúsculas y minúsculas. Instituciones a las que pertenecen con su dirección completa y 1 correo electrónico.
- Hoja tamaño carta. Márgenes: superior e inferior: 2 cm; izquierdo y derecho: 2.5 cm.
- El resumen deberá incluir, de manera concisa, sin encabezados: Antecedentes, Objetivo, Material y Métodos, Discusión de Resultados, Conclusiones y Referencias. Todos estos rubros deben estar incluidos implícitamente en el resumen de manera concisa, sin que se coloquen encabezados.
- Extensión máxima del TRABAJO: 1 cuartilla a espaciado sencillo.
- Al enviar su trabajo, indicar en el asunto del correo, el área de especialidad en la que los autores consideran que se ubica mejor su contribución:

NOTAS IMPORTANTES:
Para que el trabajo quede debidamente inscrito, es necesario que por lo menos un autor del trabajo cubra el pago de la inscripción antes del 16 de Marzo de 2012.
Se aceptarán un máximo de 2 trabajos por autor profesional inscrito y sólo 1 por Estudiante inscrito.
Las cartas de aceptación de trabajos, se enviarán por correo electrónico en la semana del 20 al 30 de marzo de 2012.
Cerciórese de que recibió un correo de confirmación cuando envió el trabajo (es independiente a la carta de aceptación de su trabajo). En caso de no recibirlo, envíe su trabajo a la siguiente dirección: 8variipnhuatulco@gmail.com
FORMA DE PRESENTACIÓN
Oral: Cada autor dispondrá de 12 minutos para la presentación de su trabajo más 3 min de tiempo para preguntas.
Poster: La presentación de carteles consistirá en la exhibición del trabajo destacando las conclusiones logradas, así como la importancia general o específica de su contribución.
Montaje: 09:00 a 10:00 h. Colocar su cartel el día asignado para su presentación.
Exhibición: 16:30 a 18:30 h.
Presentación: De 18:30 a 19:30 h. El autor deberá permanecer frente a su cartel. Al finalizar la sesión se entregarán las constancias de presentación.
El Comité Científico decidirá la modalidad de presentación del trabajo (oral o cartel). La temática es abierta a cualquiera de las áreas que abarcan los productos naturales.
Uso de métodos audiovisuales trabajos orales (solo serán aceptables presentaciones en Power Point)
Limite su número de diapositivas (15 para una presentación oral de 12 minutos).
Entregue su archivo correspondiente mínimo con 24 h antes de su presentación, en el Auditorio de la UMAR Campus Huatulco.
MODALIDAD POSTER
Los poster de los trabajos que hayan sido aprobados por el Comité Científico, deberán tener dimensiones de 1.10 m de altura por 0.90 m de ancho.
Nombre del autor que lo presentará subrayado, el nombre de la o las instituciones en dónde se llevó a cabo el mismo y un correo electrónico. Los trabajos no podrán exceder de seis autores.
En su material de exposición deberá incluir Antecedentes, Objetivo, Material y Métodos, Resultados, Discusión y Conclusiones.
Puede utilizar fotografías, gráficas, cuadros y esquemas. El tamaño de letra empleada deberá ser tal que pueda ser leído a una distancia mínima de 2 metros (caracteres mayores a 20 puntos).
El autor deberá colocar su poster a las 9:00 horas del día asignado y estar presente en el horario que se le asigne.
En caso de ausencia del(los) autor(es), el poster será retirado y no habrá constancia.
No incluir el resumen en el poster. Éste será publicado en la REVISTA LATINOAMERICANA DE QUIMICA. Print ISNN: 0370-5943
Es importante que los autores de los trabajos libres se apeguen a las instrucciones detalladas para la preparación y envío de los resúmenes al comité científico el cual podrá rechazar los trabajos que no cumplan con las especificaciones.
Los idiomas oficiales de esta reunión son el español y el inglés.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
To work properly registered, it is necessary that at least one author of the paper covers the registration fee before March 16, 2012.
Will be accepted up to 2 works by registered professional author and only 1 per student enrolled.
Letters of acceptance of papers will be sent by email in Week 20 to March 30, 2012.

FORM OF SUBMISSION:
Oral: Each author will have 12 minutes for the presentation of your work time 3 min for questions.

POSTER FORMAT.

It is important that the authors of the contributed papers adhere to the detailed instructions for preparation and submission of abstracts to the scientific committee which may reject work which does not meet specifications. The official languages of the meeting are Spanish and English.
